Groundbreaking ceremony for the new ISOLITE plant in the Czech Republic on 07.06.2023
Klášterec nad Ohří – As part of the expansion of our global presence, the groundbreaking ceremony of a new, advanced facility with a production and storage area of 12,000 m² took place in the Czech Republic on 07.06.2023. This strategic expansion is an important milestone for the ISOLITE Group, and enables more customer proximity, optimization of all production processes as well as the implementation of promising technologies and sustainably ensures the competitiveness of the company.
The unique location close to the German border and only 400km away from ISOLITE’s headquarters favors the smooth distribution of our products to the markets of Central Europe. The implementation of the “Greenfield Principle” guarantees an optimal flow of goods. Furthermore, it enables us to efficiently utilize and maintain our facilities and production technology.
Last but not least, sustainability plays an important role for ISOLITE. We have set ourselves the goal of assuming ecological responsibility here as well and drastically reducing the environmental impact of our production. Through the sustainable building concept with high BREEAM certification as well as the use of energy-efficient technologies for environmental protection, the responsible use of resources and the integration of renewable energies, ISOLITE will minimize its ecological footprint and thus contribute to climate protection. Heat recovery in the entire building complex is ensured right from the start, for example, by the waste heat from the ISOLITE heating presses.
By expanding in existing markets as well as entering new sales markets and expanding our global capacities, ISOLITE will further secure its position as a leading supplier in the high temperature insulation industry. The investment in state-of-the-art production facilities and the focus on effectiveness and highest quality, but also on profitability, will enable ISOLITE to meet the increasing demands of the market.
