The CERTINA GROUP is delighted to welcome Prof. Dr. Dr. Joachim Häcker as its new Growth Partner within the CERTINA Academy. The Academy is an exclusive network of specialists who consolidate expertise, knowledge, and networks across various fields within the CERTINA corporate group. Its goal is to provide comprehensive knowledge transfer for all stakeholders and to offer targeted support for M&A projects.
Joachim will assist management in strategic and financial decisions as well as in transactions, sharing his expertise through coaching sessions with employees. With extensive experience in investment banking, including his role as Vice President at Rothschild, he brings significant expertise.
In addition, Joachim is a professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville (USA). Since 2005, he has led the European Institute of Quantitative Finance (EIQF) and serves as a board member for various companies.
Through his role in the CERTINA Academy, he will strengthen internal knowledge development and support the further growth of the corporate group.
