Fresh cuisine is used on site as well as the Cook&Chill process.

VielfaltMenü relies on certified, regional suppliers, seasonal and local dishes as well as selected organic products. In order to implement this, VielfaltMenü operates many decentralised locations directly on site at the customer’s premises. The employees are locally rooted in the regions and maintain personal and close contact with their customers.

VielfaltMenü works with a fully integrated and specially developed resource planning system. This enables customers to manage and order their meals individually at short notice and independently via the VielfaltMenü app and website. At the same time, each location calculates the required ingredients in real time, which are then ordered and freshly prepared daily.
