Tobias has more than 10 years of relevant experience in the Private Equity industry, of which the last seven years at a stock listed PE-company, where he was fully responsible for the worldwide buy- and sell-side activities.
Tobias has an impressive track record across various industries, mostly focussing on targets in special situations and succession plans. He is a true expert in the structuring and execution of complex transactions, including cross-border deals, as well as in turnaround- and transformation management.
