As an Assistant Professor in Management and Strategy HKU Business School and a Ph.D. graduate from INSEAD, KS has a strong academic background and has leading expertise in conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation.
He will play a pivotal role in enhancing CERTINA’s capabilities in the critical areas of navigating complex negotiations and relationships. He will contribute this expertise through coaching, advisory support, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, empowering CERTINA’s leadership and employees to navigate complex challenges effectively.
KS has a profound commitment to alternative dispute resolution, with a special focus on mediation. His expertise extends beyond theoretical frameworks, as he seeks actual mediation techniques leveraged across diverse settings. By integrating best practices from academia with industry-leading strategies, he will help enhance CERTINA’s approach to decision-making, and conflict prevention.
