His industry focus is primarily on the food, IT and glass industries. Marcel Lampey studied law at the LMU Munich and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Wolfgang began his professional career at the BMW Group in the United States.
After holding further management positions in investment banking and private equity, he joined the CERTINA GROUP in 2010.
At CERTINA, he is responsible for packaging solutions, focusing mainly on packaging in the consumer goods sector.
In addition, he has many years of experience in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in the paper industry.
Wolfgang Wondra holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Munich University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from Wake Forest University, USA.

Holger J. Schmidt has more than 25 years of management and restructuring experience in the retail and fashion industry.
He has held management positions at HUGO BOSS, Toni Gard, ESCADA and Michael Kors.
At Michael Kors, he successfully introduced and built up the brand in Germany.
Before joining CERTINA GROUP in 2018, he was CEO of Giorgio Armani's European business for seven years.

After holding various management positions at PwC, GE Capital and Autoscout24, where he held the position of CFO, Giovanni Santamaria has been part of the management team of CERTINA GROUP since 2004.
During his professional career, he has been responsible for numerous corporate transactions in Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA.
Giovanni Santamaria holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the Università Cattolica Milan and an MBA from INSEAD.

Stefan Brungs brings more than 30 years of relevant management experience to his work at the CERTINA GROUP, including 23 years in the VW Group.
As a member of the board of directors at Bentley and Bugatti, he was responsible for sales and marketing and successfully expanded the brands' global presence and sales.
Prior to joining CERTINA, he successfully led a KKR portfolio company in Switzerland as CEO.
Stefan Brungs began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked for seven years.
Stefan Brungs studied business administration at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and received his doctorate from Saarland University.
He also holds an MBA from California State University, USA.

András has many years of experience in the field of M&A and in the transformation of medium-sized companies.
Before joining the CERTINA GROUP, he worked for international private equity companies and financiers with a focus on special situations.

From 1998 to 2006, he worked for Certina Holding AG in Munich and was responsible for the Operations division, and he was significantly involved in the transformation processes in the shareholdings within the Certina Group.
From 2006-2010, Maik was Vice President Operations at the listed Arques Industries AG, where he was subsequently appointed to the Executive Board. In this role, he transformed Arques Industrie AG into Gigaset AG as Chairman of the Board of Management and Chief Sales Officer and became one of the youngest Tec DAX board members.

M&A Team
Tobias has more than 10 years of experience in the private equity industry in the areas of M&A as well as turnaround and transformation management. Prior to joining the CERTINA GROUP, he worked for many years at a listed private equity company with a focus on special situations, where he was fully responsible for the global buy-side and sell-side activities. As an active investor, he has also supported numerous medium-sized companies from various industries in their transformation.
